Ballyvesey Asset Management was established in October 2000 to develop sales financing requirements of the Ballyvesey Group companies and to provide asset management services to the transportation and construction equipment sectors. The services offered span the lifespan of transport assets from 'cradle to grave'. The activities of the division have now been successfully established into three broad areas: Asset Finance, Asset Management and Asset Trading.

Ballyvesey Asset Management can facilitate 'one stop' solutions through an established panel of over twenty financial institutions. The benefits of this structure are:

Ballyvesey Asset Management can 'procure', 'buy' or 'dispose' transportation and construction equipment assets utilising its Group connections as needed.
   – Procurement can include import of cars, commercial vehicles and plant.
   – Purchases can be made in cash for 'end of lease' returns, 'repossessed' goods or 'fleeet/rental' vehicle.        portfolios.
   – Disposal assignments can be undertaken on a 'Sale or Return', outright purchase or comission basis.
      Seamless programs can be arranged through the Group to extract best value by facilitating disposal in a
      phased basis through a combination of retailing, trade sales and auctioning.
